Telepon menjadi pintu pertama interaksi antara pasien, keluarga pasien, maupun mitra layanan dengan institusi kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, kualitas komunikasi melalui telepon sangat menentukan citra, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"830\">Dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan berbagai kendala dalam pelayanan telepon, seperti penggunaan bahasa yang kurang profesional, respon yang lambat, kurangnya empati, informasi yang tidak jelas, hingga penanganan keluhan melalui telepon yang kurang tepat. Kondisi tersebut dapat memicu ketidakpuasan pasien, munculnya komplain, bahkan menurunkan reputasi institusi pelayanan kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1246\">Di era pelayanan kesehatan yang semakin kompetitif dan berorientasi pada patient experience, tenaga kesehatan dan petugas pelayanan dituntut memiliki kemampuan komunikasi telepon yang efektif, sopan, profesional, dan berempati.
